und ist geöffnet für alle Studenten und Interessierte!
Die Ring-Vorlesung behandelt eine Vielzahl von Themen im Bereich Web Science.
Web Science ist eine aufstrebende, neue und spannende Disziplin, welche die sozialne und technischen Aspekte des World Wide Web addressiert.
Der Kurs bietet eine Reihe von Vorträgen von namhaften Referenten an mit interdiszipliären Themen der folgenden Bereiche:
- Informatik
- Web Engineering
- Künstliche Intellingenz
- Wirtschaftswissenschaft
- Recht
- Medien
- Sozial-kulturell
- Psychologie
- Soziologie
- Ökologie
- Biologie
- Mathematik
Prüfung:
Ein Ergänzungsmodul ist Pflicht für den Bachelor bzw. Master der Informatik.
Um die Studienleistung mit 3 CPs zu erhalten, muss man zu allen Vorträgen anwesend sein (bei Krankheit eine Krankmeldung vorlegen),
und einen kurzen Bericht (max. 5 Seiten) über einen Vortrag (freie Wahl) schreiben. Abgabe-Datum für den Report ist der
15 Juli, 2001, 15 Uhr, per Email an Frau Hoebel als PDF. Weitere Infos unten im PDF General Information.

and is open to everybody!
These series of lectures will cover a variety of topics related to Web Science.
Web Science is an emerging, new and exciting discipline which addresses the social and technical aspects of the World Wide Web.
The course will offer a set of lectures by distinguished speakers at the intersection of the following areas:
- Computer Science
- Web Engineering
- Artificial Intelligence
- Economics
- Law
- Media
- Socio-cultural
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Ecology
- Biology
- Mathematics

Exam:
Softskills is mandatory for Bachelor and Master of Computer Science.
To get the 3 credits, the student has to attend all lectures of the series (in case you are sick, bring a doctor's note),
and write a short report (max. 5 pages) about one lecture of choice. Delivery Date is the 15th of July, 2011, at 3 p.m. to Ms. Hoebel via Email as PDF.
